Francesco Gioacchini is an Italian artist living and working in Berlin. In 2011 he graduated in Editorial communication at University of Macerata, attended the University of Ramón Llull in Barcelona, the Slade School of Fine Arts in London and worked for Christo the artist to set up The Floating Piers on Iseo Lake. He earned a master’s degree in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata and part of his thesis, entitled Glenn Ligon-Border Thoughts, was published in a series of articles on art called Critical Grounds. He exhibits in Italy and Germany; his work is published in art catalogues, and magazines and on websites such as Arte, Juliet art magazine, exibart.com, rivistasegno.eu and arshake.com.
